Graphic Designer, Jr.

Fabletics is an innovative activewear brand and ecommerce leader focused on stylish, functional athletic apparel and a customer-centric experience. The Junior Graphic Designer will translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visual content across digital channels while supporting brand consistency. Reporting to the Senior Art Director, the role contributes to art direction through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Conceptualize, develop, and maintain high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, and social media.
• Design email marketing templates and site updates, including homepage slides, banners, landing pages, and category visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, merchandising, and project management teams to produce on-brand creative.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Participate in developing project concepts and apply cohesive design systems across assets.
• Assist with print design projects such as PR materials, advertising, and packaging solutions.
• Prepare mechanicals for print production, ensuring technical feasibility and meeting printer capabilities.
• Use customer insights and KPIs to optimize visual content for engagement.
• Stay current on industry trends and tools, including using Figma for prototyping and slides as needed.

• 1–2 years of graphic design experience (preferably ecommerce and fashion) or internship equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Web Design, or a related/equivalent field.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of web typography and photography.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn (including Figma prototyping and slides).
