eLearning/Training Content Specialist

Largeton Group is seeking an eLearning/Training Content Specialist to design and develop scalable training content in a hybrid role based in Virginia. The role focuses on creating modular learning assets and clear documentation while managing end-to-end course design and measuring training effectiveness.

• Develop modular, lightweight learning assets (microlearning videos, AI walkthroughs, guides, self-paced materials) designed for easy maintenance and updates.
• Create documentation artifacts including process maps, SOPs, system walkthroughs, and job aids with emphasis on clarity and version control.
• Manage the full course design lifecycle: needs/gap analysis, development, validation, and evaluation.
• Design and produce tool walk-throughs, system overviews, training landing pages, and resource hubs.
• Facilitate pilot training sessions and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Define, track, and report KPIs and success metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Use data-driven insights to enhance and refine training materials and learning outcomes.
• Synthesize and simplify complex processes (especially marketing-related) into accessible learning materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational needs and objectives.

• Advanced curriculum development and instructional design skills to create user-friendly, scalable training content.
• Experience developing microlearning and self-paced training materials.
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation (process maps, SOPs, job aids) with attention to version control.
• Ability to define and track KPIs and apply data-driven insights to improve training.
• Experience with eLearning/multimedia tools and platforms such as AEM, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Suite, and LMS platforms (Oracle HCM preferred).
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
