Mondo is hiring a contract Recruiter to support a fast-growing, mission-driven Hi-Tech Wellness brand in a high-volume recruiting environment. The role focuses on delivering quality talent quickly while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership.
What you'll do
Manage full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment across key business areas.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring roles move quickly through the hiring process.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership on hiring needs, alignment, and process.
Use Greenhouse ATS to track candidates, manage workflows, and maintain recruiting data.
Prioritize multiple requisitions while staying organized and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments.
Greenhouse ATS experience (must-have).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize work, stay organized, and keep recruiting pipelines moving.
Conditions
6-month contract with strong potential for extension.
Hybrid role in NYC; must be open to coming onsite.
Must be able to start the week of March 30th.
