Summary
Nike is seeking an Allocation Planner for North America to deliver Sport-driven seasonal and weekly allocation plans across retail stores. The role focuses on optimizing inventory flow to achieve revenue, margin, and profitability targets while maintaining in-stock rates with correct product depth and sizing.
What you'll do
Set seasonal and allocation plans based on initiatives and revenue drivers; develop style/color/size level load-in and replenishment for all stores; monitor weekly store performance and adjust allocations based on variance; maintain healthy inventory levels with ideal Weeks of Supply; influence Assortment Planning on size curves and inventory depth; influence Merchandising on pre-season product assortment decisions; support execution of New Store Openings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or equivalent education/experience; minimum 2 years directly relevant work experience; strong retail math understanding and knowledge of allocation planning, financial planning, product planning, and inventory management; ability to present complex information concisely to various audiences; data-driven decision-making skills; understanding of merchandise, consumer behavior, and Nike's 'Win Now' strategy.
