Lead Java Developer (Camp)

FinDev is seeking a Lead Java Developer to join the CAMP team for the Corporate Actions Management Portal. You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of a significant platform rebuild with potential migration to AWS.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the platform rebuild
• Clarify and challenge requirements from Product Owners, Business Analysts, and users
• Explain technical proposals to teammates and ensure solutions handle various issues and exceptional scenarios

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
• 9+ years of Java programming experience (Java Core + multithreading)
• Experience with Kafka and/or other real-time messaging systems
• Experience with Ignite and/or other memory cache frameworks
• Experience with performance tuning
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Experience with recovery mechanisms and exception management
• Strong analytical ability to learn independently from code and reverse engineering
• AWS experience is a nice to have

Schedule & Location: Flexible work setup with remote or hybrid model. Locations: Serbia, Poland, Cyprus, or Georgia.
