Senior Marketing Full-Stack Engineer

WeSoftYou is seeking a Senior Marketing Full-Stack Engineer to build and maintain marketing websites, landing pages, and systems at the intersection of engineering and marketing. The role involves supporting Formula-1 property projects with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring strong frontend expertise combined with backend and data tracking fundamentals.

• Build and maintain marketing websites and landing pages using JavaScript and React
• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins
• Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain GTM and marketing pixels
• Ensure event tracking, UTM handling, and attribution logic functions correctly
• Understand and debug REST APIs and server-side issues
• Troubleshoot data inconsistencies between marketing events and internal BI tools
• Support CRM and marketing integrations
• Verify data flow using basic SQL knowledge

• Strong frontend skills: JavaScript and React
• Experience with WordPress, including custom themes and plugins
• Understanding of backend fundamentals and APIs
• Knowledge of marketing tracking, event attribution, and UTM handling
• Basic SQL and ability to debug data flows
• Full-stack experience with solid backend understanding
• Experience working alongside marketing teams or marketing-driven projects
• Comfortable switching between frontend and backend/data troubleshooting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
