Middle UI/UX Designer (Impulse)

Headway Inc is seeking a Middle UI/UX Designer for Impulse, a world-leading brain training app with over 100 million downloads. You will be the key designer driving the web experience, improving conversion rates and user experience while working with an experienced, driven team.

• Design user flows for web with focus on conversion uplift
• Prepare A/B test design solutions: craft hypotheses, produce variants, and analyze funnel impact
• Own end-to-end design lifecycle from concepts and wireframes to interactive prototypes and developer handoff
• Collaborate closely with PM, engineers, and analysts to build and optimize funnels
• Make data-informed decisions via user research and behavioral analysis
• Develop and maintain the design system and streamline design workflows
• Apply best-in-class web trends and practices including high-performing marketing emails

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer (landing pages, websites, email templates, web products)
• Proficiency in Figma: wireframes, prototypes, and clean developer handoffs
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and interaction design fundamentals (composition, color, typography, hierarchy)
• Ability to work with data and insights: interpret analytics, validate hypotheses, iterate designs
• Ability to work with graphics: icons, illustrations, and image editing
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail
• Proactive, self-driven mindset eager to learn and adapt
• Intermediate+ English level for team and stakeholder communication
• Business-oriented approach and openness to feedback
