Summary
COCA Wallet is seeking a Technical Integration Specialist to lead B2B partner onboarding for their crypto-fintech Banking-as-a-Service platform. This role bridges partners and the platform's technology, ensuring smooth integrations across REST APIs, webhooks, and blockchain components. You'll act as the primary technical contact supporting partners through the entire integration lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Lead the full integration process for new B2B partners across API and on-chain touchpoints
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners, supporting API documentation, smart wallet integrations, and blockchain queries
- Conduct UAT and certification checks to validate transaction flows, wallet operations, and compliance requirements
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues including API calls, webhook failures, and on-chain transaction errors
- Maintain, update, and improve integration guides, API documentation, and technical runbooks
- Work with Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams to align technical delivery with business objectives
Requirements
- 3+ years in technical support, engineering, integrations, or software engineering with strong API exposure
- Russian or Ukrainian language proficiency (required)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman/Insomnia)
- Familiarity with blockchain concepts: wallets, transactions, EVM basics, and token standards (ERC-20)
- Experience with blockchain analysis via explorers
- Understanding of account abstraction and smart/MPC wallet infrastructure
- Experience with stablecoins, payment rails, or fintech/crypto products
- Experience using log management tools for debugging
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

- Nice to Have:
Basic to intermediate SQL, Python/TypeScript/Go programming, KYC/AML compliance knowledge, technical demo experience
