Product Manager

ElevateOS is a community operating system built for real estate developers, owners, operators and residents. As Product Manager, you will own the full product development lifecycle from prototype through planning, development, and launch. You will work closely with B2B and B2C customers to deliver value and identify new problems worth solving in the proptech industry.

• Define product strategy and maintain a clear roadmap for your domain
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle from ideas to launch and continuous iteration
• Conduct market research using multiple channels and customer/prospect interviews to specify market requirements
• Create and maintain a strong feedback system between customers and sales, marketing, and support teams
• Collect and translate ideas into clear product requirement documents and technical user stories
• Collaborate with designers to build prototypes and great user experiences
• Work with sales, marketing, and support to ensure product content and messaging is clear and well-positioned
• Measure product adoption and usage against KPIs and OKRs

• 5+ years in a product management role
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful product development from idea through launch and beyond
• Strong customer empathy and ability to gather meaningful insights from customers
• Strong communication skills
• Solid design background with understanding of UI/UX principles for web and mobile, accessibility requirements, and prototyping
• Familiarity with product and project management tools such as Atlassian/JIRA
• Willingness to constantly learn and ask questions
• Nice-to-have: PropTech experience, experience with products that integrate with physical spaces, experience with keyless access control systems (Dormakaba, OpenPath, Yale, Salto, Schlage), experience with Property Management Systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, etc.), hands-on experience with external CRM system integration

Location: Remote, fully distributed team across six continents

Reporting: Reports directly to the Chief Product Officer
