Summary
Scavenger Tech is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions including Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics. The role focuses on building LLM-based solutions and multi-agent architectures aligned with governance and security frameworks.
What you'll do
- Build AI/ML models for classification, prediction, NLP, and computer vision with performance and cost optimization
- Build LLM-based solutions including chatbots, copilots, and automation agents
- Design and implement multi-agent architectures, orchestration logic, decision flows, and human-in-the-loop controls
- Own data preparation, feature engineering pipelines, training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and model lifecycle management
- Integrate AI into enterprise systems via APIs and microservices with real-time inference capabilities
- Implement responsible AI practices including bias control, explainability, and auditability
- Monitor production performance, logging, alerting, drift detection, and optimize latency and scalability
Requirements
- 5+ years of AI/ML engineering with production deployments and enterprise-scale AI systems experience
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision
- Strong proficiency in Python ML stack: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Experience with LLM ecosystem: Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Gemini, HuggingFace, embeddings, and vector databases
- Knowledge of agentic and orchestration frameworks: LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and multi-agent frameworks with tool use
- Proficiency with Azure AI Services, Azure ML, Databricks, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Nice-to-have: AI-102 certification (preferred), DP-100 certification (recommended)
Conditions
Must own AI architecture and model development standards with Agentic AI implementation authority. Cannot deploy solutions without security and governance approval; cannot use external AI services without compliance validation.
