Profisea Labs is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team in a dynamic IT environment. This entry-level recruitment role offers the opportunity to manage full recruitment cycles for technical and non-technical positions while learning best practices in IT recruitment with mentorship from experienced professionals.

• Execute full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical positions
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking
• Create engaging job descriptions and posts to attract talent
• Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and manage candidate experience
• Maintain recruitment database and ATS systems
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media content
• Learn and apply best practices in IT recruitment

• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or IT (no prior experience required)
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Upper-intermediate English level
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to take initiative
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job platforms (advantageous)
