Our in\-house teams develop men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel—including outerwear, activewear, sportswear, denim, and loungewear—serving multiple tiers of retail distribution through strong global partnerships. **Role Description** * Assist the Design team with daily design and development tasks * Create and update sketches, tech packs, and line sheets * Support material, color, and trim development as needed * Help organize samples, design files, and development records * Collaborate cross\-functionally with production, sourcing, and merchandising teams **Qualifications** * Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop * Experience in trend research and developing on\-trend designs * Strong technical skills in sketching, textile knowledge, and material sourcing * Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment * Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills * Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related discipline * Passion for the fashion industry and understanding of current market trends * Outerwear experience is a plus, but not required. **Work Location \& Schedule** * New York City office located in Midtown Manhattan * Hybrid work schedule: Monday–Thursday in\-office, Friday work\-from\-home Please submit your resume for consideration.
