Chief Operating Officer (Amazon)

Ukrainian e-commerce company specializing in Amazon Private Label with 10+ years of international presence. Seeking a strong operations leader to serve as Chief Operating Officer overseeing daily operations across all departments with a path to CEO.

• Coordinate teams and workflows across marketing, logistics, finance, and product departments
• Monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and report on performance metrics
• Support product launches, ensuring quality standards and deadline adherence
• Build and refine scalable systems and standardize workflows
• Synchronize department heads and manage resources to build a strong leadership team
• Remove operational bottlenecks and ensure strategic initiatives are executed
• Implement process improvements and maintain efficiency across all operations

4+ years in operations or management in e-commerce (Amazon Private Label experience preferred)

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strategic and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• English B1+ proficiency for global communications
• Ukrainian or Russian fluency required
• Experience with KPI monitoring and performance analysis

Full-time remote position (9:00-18:00 GMT+3, Kyiv time)
