Affiliate Manager

Fidel Partners is an iGaming company with 1500+ specialists and 11+ major projects operating in Tier 1-3 countries. We are seeking an Affiliate Manager to build and manage our affiliate program by recruiting new partners, optimizing offers, and analyzing performance metrics.

• Search for and attract new affiliates
• Manage existing partners and increase their activity
• Prepare and manage offers, landing pages, and promotional materials
• Negotiate and agree on terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models)
• Analyze traffic quality and monitor KPIs (FTD, ROI, retention)
• Participate in industry conferences and online communities
• Prepare reports and proposals for improving program efficiency

• At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming
• Understanding of CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models and their economics
• Strong communication, negotiation, and partnership building skills
• B2+ English proficiency
• Ability to analyze metrics and work with affiliate platforms (Affilka, Income Access, MyAffiliates, etc.)

Schedule: 10:00 - 19:00 (UTC+2)
