Talent Acquisition Partner

Legends Global is a premier partner to live events, venues, and brands, delivering integrated services across sports and entertainment. The Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle recruiting across a focused part of the organization while partnering with leaders to build strong, diverse pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles within an assigned area of the organization and flex across teams as needed.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines that raise the bar and support diverse, high-impact candidate slates.
• Proactively source, screen, interview, evaluate, and advocate for top candidates; share talent effectively across the company.
• Use creative strategies to source external and internal candidates using multiple channels and tools.
• Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve outcomes.
• Drive process excellence through clear communication, expectation management, and consistent updates to leaders and candidates.

• 2–4 years of corporate recruiting and/or agency recruiting experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
• Experience with Workday (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
• Comfort using data to guide decisions and communicate recruiting performance.
• Passion for delivering excellent experiences for candidates and hiring partners.

• Plus:

  • Experience with third-party job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools.
  • Experience recruiting in sports or entertainment.

• Location: Remote/Hybrid; if located near a corporate office, may be asked to work in-office some days.
• May occasionally work extended hours due to partners in different time zones.
