Recruiter

Beast Industries (MrBeast) is a media and entertainment company building high-impact content, brands, and operations across its ecosystem. The Recruiter will own full-cycle hiring and partner with leaders across content, production, operations, and corporate teams to scale recruiting with speed and quality. The role focuses on finding exceptional talent in both traditional and unconventional backgrounds to support rapid growth.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across content, production, operations, and corporate roles from initial intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role success profiles and translate business plans into hiring needs.
• Run fast, structured recruiting processes that balance urgency with a high talent bar.
• Close candidates by communicating impact, ownership, and growth opportunities.
• Proactively source candidates from creative, operational, and non-traditional backgrounds.
• Build and maintain pipelines for roles blending creativity, execution, and leadership.
• Stay connected to creator, media, and internet culture to identify emerging talent early.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers with market insights and candid feedback.
• Support confident, timely hiring decisions while balancing speed, quality, and culture fit.
• Improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and tools to enable scale without slowing teams down.
• Use data, pattern recognition, and judgment to continuously raise the hiring bar.

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferably in media, entertainment, tech, or high-growth startups).
• Proven track record hiring high performers in fast-moving, creative environments.
• Exceptional sourcing ability and willingness to use unconventional approaches to find talent.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with evolving roles and rapid change.
• Strong judgment for assessing talent, culture alignment, and potential beyond resumes.
• Clear communication skills and strong ability to close candidates.
• Deep interest in creators, content, internet culture, and building products/media people care about.

• Location: Greenville, NC (relocation assistance where applicable).

• Compensation: Total compensation range (base + annual bonus) $130,000–$160,000 per year, plus equity.
