Bending Spoons is seeking a Team Assistant for their People team to support HR operations and recruiting efforts. The role involves managing onboarding processes, recruiting support, HR documentation systems, and people operations to help the organization scale efficiently.

• Take care of onboarding new employees, ensuring every step is completed and new joiners feel informed, supported, and welcomed from day one
• Support recruiting efforts by sourcing talent, managing candidate communications, and coordinating hiring process steps
• Use AI and other technologies to improve HR systems, employment contracts, and documentation workflows
• Organize office visits and on-site recruiting events with smooth logistics and great experience
• Help run people operations including relocations, benefits administration, and payroll-related workflows
