The Talent Acquisition Partner reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and leads full-cycle recruiting for hourly field associates and broader retail, corporate, and distribution hiring. The role supports hiring managers with workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and process improvements to deliver a strong candidate and new-hire experience.
What you'll do
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring plans, and role requirements.
Advise leaders on market trends, talent availability, and compensation insights.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies for retail field, corporate, and distribution roles.
Support workforce planning during peak retail seasons and new store openings.
Create and manage employee surveys at 30, 60, and 90 days after a new hire’s start date.
Manage end-to-end recruitment including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding transition.
Lead high-volume hiring for retail store teams (e.g., Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Beauty Advisors).
Recruit for corporate roles including marketing, merchandising, supply chain, finance, and e-commerce.
Maintain consistent and structured interview processes.
Champion employer branding across job postings, LinkedIn, and recruiting platforms.
Deliver an inclusive and engaging candidate experience.
Support retail hiring events, job fairs, and community-based recruitment initiatives.
Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and industry communities.
Develop relationships within the beauty and retail talent market and maintain evergreen pipelines for critical roles.
Track recruiting KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, retention) and maintain accurate ATS data.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance hiring speed, efficiency, and quality.
Requirements
2+ years of full-cycle retail recruiting experience.
Experience in beauty, retail, fashion, or consumer brands preferred.
Proven success in high-volume retail hiring (10+ candidates per month).
Strong sourcing and direct outreach experience.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, iCIMS).
Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
Ability to engage and create employee experience surveys to foster a positive workplace culture.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Conditions
Compensation: base salary range $60,000–$65,000 per year plus bonus.
