Director of People Operations

The Equus Group is seeking a Director of People Operations to act as an employee champion and lead organizational change. This role will plan, develop, and direct the human resources function to strengthen talent, consistency, and overall HR performance.

• Provide overall leadership for talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, and training and leadership development.
• Serve as a strategic human capital advisor to the senior management team.
• Develop initiatives, policies, and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization.
• Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiency and competitiveness for retaining top talent.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management.

• 7+ years of professional HR experience; services-oriented business experience preferred, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
