Fulfillment / Manufacturing Expert (EU Focus)

Klaxx is seeking a Fulfillment/Manufacturing Expert to own supplier communication, production coordination, and operational efficiency. This role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing, 3PL, or e-commerce supply chain management, working closely with product development and billing teams to ensure smooth production cycles and scalable logistics.

• Communication with manufacturers and suppliers
• Sourcing and evaluating new production partners (EU/UK priority)
• Market research and production cost analysis
• Overseeing the full production cycle
• Working with fulfillment and 3PL providers
• Coordinating with the product development team
• Collaborating with billing/finance on cost structure and margins
• Optimizing logistics and delivery timelines

• Proven experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, or supply chain operations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience working with EU-based suppliers
• Understanding of cost calculation and margin structure
• Ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Nice to have: DTC/E-commerce experience, private label production background, supplements/cosmetics/FMCG industry experience, product launch experience
