What you'll do
Allocate capital across four pillars: people, strategic initiatives, internal growth assets, and external acquisitions.
Hire, retain, and empower top talent while building strong relationships and a people-first, high-retention culture.
Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact strategic initiatives that translate into measurable business outcomes.
Make deliberate internal investments (e.g., technology, property, plant, and equipment) to support scalable, long-term growth.
Pursue and execute strategic add-on acquisitions that are highly accretive on a standalone basis.
Serve as the ultimate decision-maker, balancing short-term execution with long-term value building.
Cultivate a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance tied to value creation.
Requirements
Demonstrable history of value-creating decisions for yourself, teams, and organizations (prior CEO experience not required).
Proven track record in capital allocation across people, strategy, assets, and acquisitions (e.g., hiring/retaining talent, leading initiatives, investing in infrastructure, executing deals with successful outcomes).
Strong bias to action with grit and energy to operate in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
Excitement for earning through equity and creating tangible impact in a lower middle market setting.
