Postsecondary Teacher | Remote

Crossing Hurdles is hiring a remote Postsecondary Teacher on an hourly contract basis. The role focuses on creating occupation-specific questions and providing subject matter expertise to support AI research and training related to higher education teaching practices.

• Design and develop occupation-specific questions based on postsecondary teaching experience
• Provide subject matter expertise to support AI research and training initiatives
• Deliver structured academic insights to improve AI understanding of higher education teaching practices
• Work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment while meeting project requirements
• Accurately log work hours and maintain consistency in deliverables

• Strong years of full-time experience as a postsecondary education teacher
• Based in the US, UK, or Canada
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
• Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week
• Strong understanding of higher education teaching methodologies and relevant subject expertise
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
