Human Resources (HR) Advisor

The HR Advisor supports organizational HR operations and the employee experience by advising employees and managers, coaching leaders, and strengthening HR processes and leadership development initiatives.

• Coordinate and deliver employee relations support for assigned teams to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Analyze workplace concerns and provide coaching and expert guidance to functional leaders and employees.
• Reconcile, optimize, and align HR processes with organizational goals.
• Support leadership development initiatives and programs to build high-performing teams.
• Partner with HR support teams and functional leaders to deliver advisory support on employee relations and leadership needs.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist with implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, including coaching, performance management, and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze concerns and provide effective coaching and advice.
• Experience in HR process improvement and operational support.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
