Summary
Bond Studio AI is seeking a Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience of their AI-powered home interiors platform. This hands-on role involves partnering with the CEO and engineering team to shape strategy and deliver polished, AI-powered workflows across multiple channels.
What you'll do
- Own core user journeys and experiences across consumer and enterprise channels
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and specifications
- Define interaction patterns, information architecture, and motion language for the product
- Maintain and evolve a pragmatic design system balancing speed with craftsmanship
- Create interactive prototypes to validate and communicate concepts to internal and external teams
- Collaborate with leadership on product strategy and user experience from concept through launch
- Raise overall design quality standards, lead design critiques, and mentor team members as the team grows
- Work as a design generalist across UX, UI, motion, and brand
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience delivering high-impact shipped products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, premium visual/UI craft, and motion/interaction work
- Experience designing 0-1 experiences from the ground up and scaling 1-100 post-launch
- Proven ability designing complex, multi-step workflows across web and mobile
- Fluency in Figma and proficiency in modern interactive-prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie, Principle, or equivalent)
- Ability to leverage AI-assisted workflows for exploration, iteration, and design system maintenance
- Strong communication skills with ability to write sharp specs and articulate tradeoffs
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments with high degree of ownership
- Strong point of view on product aesthetics and interaction quality
