Head of Operations (Igaming)

AigoLab is seeking a Head of Operations for their iGaming division. This senior leadership role focuses on overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and executing operational strategies, and leading cross-functional teams to support business growth and market expansion.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring processes run smoothly and align with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies supporting business growth and market expansion
• Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads to foster a high-performance culture focused on excellence and accountability
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry changes to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
• Ensure all operational activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, reporting progress to the executive team and implementing improvements

• 3+ years in a senior operational role working with Finance, Legal, and HR departments
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams with strong collaboration and results-driven focus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with track record of successful strategy execution
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions quickly
• Proficient level of English (written and verbal)
• Experience in related high-tech and high-risk industries
• Proven track record of scaling businesses in international markets
• Proficiency in modern analytics tools and automation systems
