Junior Project Manager (CRM)

Dynamica Labs, a Microsoft Gold Partner and business systems integrator, seeks a Junior Project Manager/Customer Success Specialist for implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems with UK and US-based clients. This role is ideal for career switchers or those in client-facing IT roles, with comprehensive training provided.

• Participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system implementation projects
• Interact with the development department to write tasks for system customization and control deadlines and execution quality
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems to fit client business processes
• Build strong client relationships to ensure excellent service levels
• Meet project deadlines and report on completed work

• Higher education
• Desire to continuously learn new things
• Technical aptitude
• English language proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
• Plus: Higher education in technical or economic fields, IT company experience, or PM/project management course background

Location: London-based company with remote work options
