Trainee Business Analyst

DICEUS is seeking a motivated Trainee Business Analyst to begin a career in Business Analysis and gain hands-on experience in software delivery and product development. This role is designed for early-career candidates eager to learn how digital products are built, requirements are gathered, and cross-functional teams collaborate on enterprise software solutions. You will work alongside experienced Business Analysts and developers on real projects in the insurance domain.

• Develop practical Business Analysis skills including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Break down features into logical subtasks and create user flows and system diagrams
• Prepare functional specifications for individual features
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and BA artifacts
• Work with Jira and Confluence for requirements management
• Participate in client and internal meetings
• Prepare meeting materials including notes, questions, and diagrams
• Ask clarifying questions to understand requirements better
• Assist with demo preparation and documentation updates

• Basic understanding of software development processes
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Interest in business analysis and IT consulting
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to structure information and work with documentation
• English level: Intermediate or higher
