CRM Integration Analyst

YELK is a web development outsourcing agency specializing in custom web development, design, and AI integration services for SMEs and enterprise clients across the EU and USA. This CRM Integration Analyst role involves setting up business automations, designing CPQ flows, and managing client relationships through system analysis and CRM configuration.

• Analyze clients' existing software landscape, including systems, APIs, and documentation
• Join client calls to gather requirements, understand business processes, and align on solutions
• Gather and analyze requirements for CRM integrations and automation solutions
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable integration architectures
• Design and configure business automations and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) flows
• Recommend optimal combinations of software tools to support client business processes
• Prepare technical specifications for CRM setup and integrations
• Configure CRM systems and connected tools, including workflows, automations, and integrations
• Support implementation and ensure smooth adoption of new systems
• Provide ongoing technical assistance and resolve issues during system usage

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) and fluent Ukrainian
• Experience in CRM configuration, software integrations, technical support, or basic programming
• Understanding of business processes (sales, marketing, finance, operations)
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to build structured logic and workflows
• Ready to take ownership and communicate directly with clients
