**Job Description** As a **Home Health** **Intake Specialist** , you’ll serve as the key liaison between healthcare providers and home health agencies within your assigned territory. This role blends **relationship management, operational coordination, and business development** — perfect for someone who enjoys both structured office time and time in the field.
