Senior Delphi developer

US Company is searching for a Senior Delphi developer to join a development team for enterprise-level platforms and services. The role involves full-stack development and maintenance for a complex SaaS platform serving safety, sustainability, and productivity functions in high-risk industries.

• Full-stack development and maintenance for the LCA product family across all layers: desktop clients, backend services, data layer, API development, and user interface design
• Develop functionality, applications and services in Delphi and C#
• Develop and design RESTful services and APIs
• Develop infrastructure and APIs to support custom projects and integrations with ERP, CRM, PLM systems
• Analyze requirements, suggest concepts, and assess development efforts
• Analyze technology trends and harmonize technology landscape
• Work in scrum teams and perform white box testing
• Develop unit tests and technical system documentation
• Refactor modules to address weak spots
• Provide 3rd-level support

• 3+ years experience in developing desktop software applications
• 3+ years experience with Delphi
• Experience in developing APIs
• Fluent in English
• 2+ years experience with scrum development process
• Plus: 2+ years C# or similar object-oriented languages, domain expertise in life-cycle assessment, Scrum master experience, Azure and Azure DevOps experience

Distributed team, remote work with flexible schedule. Full-time position (40 hours per week). Official contract including salary, sick-leave days, holidays, and vacations. Kanban or scrum approach with 5-6 team members per team.
