Recruiter

TrueGroup is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their fast-growing team of 300+ people. You will manage the full recruitment cycle across all departments, from position formation through offer acceptance. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on recruitment background and understanding of the iGaming industry.

• Manage full life cycle recruiting in all company departments, from position formation to offer acceptance
• Search and recruit for various levels of vacancies, from junior to senior and lead positions
• Use modern sourcing methods including job sites, LinkedIn, and social networks
• Interview and assess candidates using various techniques
• Provide feedback to candidates and handle objections
• Analyze candidate sourcing sources and competitors
• Maintain documentation and compile recruitment reports
• Plan and organize work in a multi-tasking environment
• Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate job requirements and conduct interviews
• Build a positive employer brand

• 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, methods, and market trends
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Practical experience with ATS systems, recruiting software, and Excel for reporting
