Recruiter

FieldLink (an Equiliem company) is a staffing leader in the Low Voltage and Network Infrastructure space supporting national client partnerships. The Recruiter specializes in high-volume hiring for structured cabling, network infrastructure, and data center technician roles to help clients deliver critical deployments.

• Source and identify candidates in the low voltage and data center talent market.
• Run advanced Boolean searches across resume databases and sourcing platforms.
• Use resume databases and invite-to-apply approaches to increase applicant flow.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Department on job posting strategy and referral network development.
• Build, maintain, and expand pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Partner with associations and educational institutions to create talent pipelines.
• Organize active field employees and prospects by geography and skill set to maximize utilization.
• Maintain recruiting tools and ensure talent pool data remains current.
• Import candidate data from external sources into the ATS.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication campaigns for recruiting ramp-ups.

• Recruiting experience in telecom, low voltage, structured cabling, or network infrastructure environments (hands-on experience filling roles such as structured cabling technicians, data center technicians, or field engineers preferred).
• Understanding of differences between recruiting for integrators/installation teams versus carriers or retail telecom.
• Proficiency with Boolean and semantic search techniques using LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruiting (10+ active requisitions) while maintaining speed and quality.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills; comfort in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills and ability to manage recruiting data, reports, and pipelines.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Pay: $31–$35/hour (non-exempt).
• Contract: 3–6 months with potential to become permanent.
