Project Manager

InsulaLabs is a young and ambitious outstaffing company seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their dynamic team on an exciting gambling project. The role focuses on managing IT projects with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies and team coordination for long-term international client collaboration.

• Managing, monitoring, and forecasting project execution
• Time and efforts tracking with regular status reporting
• Development team coordination
• Project risk management
• Maintaining project documentation

• At least 3 years of experience in IT
• Experience in iGaming
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Team management experience
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Advanced verbal communication skills
• Time management expertise
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English
• PMP, PSM or equivalent certificates (preferred)

Schedule: 9:00-18:00

Location: Fully remote
