Junior Graphic Designer - Marketing Focus

Summary

Printfresh is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer (Marketing Focus) to join its growing creative team. The role supports marketing design across email, web, social, and print while collaborating closely with the Director of Creative & Content Production and cross-functional partners. The purpose is to deliver on-brand creative that supports customer experience and conversion goals.

What you'll do

  • Design marketing collateral across digital and print (email graphics, paid ads, social assets, website graphics, catalogs, postcards, packaging, and more).
  • Execute website graphic and page updates using UI/UX principles to create clear, customer-friendly experiences that support conversion goals.
  • Ensure creative aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal style direction.
  • Coordinate with external design partners to uphold brand standards.
  • Assist with seasonal graphic rollouts and product launch campaigns.
  • Resize and adapt assets for multiple placements and channels efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare and format images for email, web, and social use.
  • Create product renderings and mockups using existing templates.
  • Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy in specifications and formatting.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
  • Support light copywriting and proofreading to ensure clean, accurate deliverables.
  • Collaborate with creative, photo, and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for print and promotional materials as needed.
  • Stay current on design, social, and e-commerce trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time graphic design experience (ideally in consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Strong layout, composition, and photo editing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to take creative direction and feedback.
  • Interest in packaging, product development, and branded storytelling (plus).
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or other email/UX platforms (plus).
  • Experience with styled product mockups or packaging.
  • Appreciation for color, pattern, and whimsical design.

Conditions

  • Hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote Monday and Friday.
