Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Growing AI Startup)

Universium is a growing AI startup working on products that have gained traction with Fortune 500 companies. We're seeking an expert Senior Full-Stack Engineer with React/Node.js and AI experience to join our small yet powerful remote team and tackle interesting engineering challenges.

Main responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining AI-powered full-stack applications using React and Node.js
• Working with SQL-based databases and Amazon Web Services infrastructure
• Developing features that integrate LLMs and AI capabilities into web applications
• Potentially leading engineering initiatives and mentoring team members
• Contributing to CI/CD pipeline development and MLOps practices

Required qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar
• 5+ years of professional experience writing commercial React.js and Node.js applications
• Extensive experience with SQL-based databases
• Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Understanding of LLMs and their application to building web applications
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Nice to have:

• C1 level English proficiency
• Experience building personal side projects
• Leadership experience in engineering teams
• CI/CD pipeline development experience
• AI application development experience (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• MLOps background
