Summary
Ana Luisa is hiring a Graphic Designer to join its Creative team during a period of growth and brand evolution. The role focuses on shaping and executing the brand’s visual identity and high-impact creative across campaigns and key marketing moments.
What you'll do
Design and execute high-quality creative assets across brand and campaign work.
Translate briefs into refined layouts, mockups, and final deliverables balancing concept, craft, and clarity.
Contribute to integrated campaigns and key brand moments (product launches, seasonal initiatives, global storytelling).
Design across touchpoints including digital, print, web, email, retail, packaging, and experiential needs.
Execute post-production (designed and native) of social assets.
Help develop visual systems, templates, and toolkits to ensure consistency and scalability across channels.
Maintain brand identity standards so all work feels cohesive, premium, and elevated.
Leverage traditional and emerging tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to explore and iterate efficiently when needed.
Support art direction needs across social and e-commerce.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
3–5 years of professional design experience (ideally branding agencies, fashion/luxury, or direct-to-consumer brands).
Portfolio showing expertise in brand identity, campaign creative, and multi-channel design systems.
Demonstrated end-to-end campaign contribution from concept through shoot execution and final assets.
Strong foundation in typography, layout, image-making, and premium visual execution.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Strong understanding of digital design and print production workflows.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects and deliverables.
Familiarity with AI or generative tools in a modern creative workflow.
Motion design/video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus.
Art direction experience is a plus (concept development, pre-production planning, on-set direction, post-production oversight).
Conditions
Compensation: expected base salary range $75,000–$85,000 annually (NY State salary transparency).
