Strong Middle UI/UX Designer (freelance, networking)

Tallium is seeking an experienced Middle UI/UX Designer to join their growing team for freelance, project-based, and potentially full-time remote collaboration. The role involves designing mobile and web application interfaces, creating prototypes, and collaborating with customers and internal teams on exciting long-term projects.

• Design interfaces according to preset styles and from scratch
• Create prototypes and interactive designs
• Participate in meetings with customers and stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members on design implementation
• Develop information architectures, sitemaps, and app maps
• Maintain and create design libraries and design systems

• 3+ years of experience designing mobile and web applications
• Advanced Figma skills including auto-layouts, prototypes, and design libraries
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency
• Strong ability to create clear information architectures
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity
• Strong communication and self-presentation skills
• Open to feedback and team collaboration
• Proactive in suggesting and implementing solutions
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Plus: UX/UI principles knowledge, visual hierarchy expertise, accessibility understanding, animation skills, user research experience, analytical thinking, and awareness of design trends

Format: Freelance, project-based collaboration, part-time with possibility to expand to full-time

Location: Remote work or office in Kyiv

Contract Types: Sole proprietorship (FOP) or gig contract
