Summary
Solidgate is a payments orchestration platform empowering entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. As a Junior Operations Analyst, you'll optimize internal processes and ensure clients receive the best payment solutions while working at the intersection of operations, analytics, and product.
What you'll do
- Conduct technical onboarding of new clients into the Solidgate system
- Support processes related to Solidgate's payment services
- Build new workflows and optimize existing ones
- Handle analytical requests from clients
- Set up payment routing
- Collaborate closely with product and technical teams
- Communicate with partner banks' technical support teams
- Detect and resolve anomalies in the payment process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, or related field (completed or in progress)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Knowledge of SQL and Python
Nice to have:
- Practical experience with Postman
- Basic knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools
