Summary

Kith is a global lifestyle brand and progressive retail concept founded in 2011 with corporate, retail, and warehouse operations across North America. The Recruiter role manages full-cycle hiring for assigned populations, building and executing recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent. The position supports the Corporate Office as well as retail stores and warehouses.

What you'll do

  • Facilitate and execute all phases of the recruitment process for assigned roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies aligned with industry standards and business needs.

  • Manage job posting and advertising across internal and external job boards while ensuring federal and local compliance.

  • Manage applicant flow and resumes from third-party job boards; screen applications and select qualified candidates.

  • Schedule interviews and assist with interview questions and selection materials.

  • Support offer process with HR and hiring managers, including recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and related details.

  • Maintain knowledge of trends and changes in retail and recruiting.

  • Conduct reference checks and communicate findings to hiring managers as needed.

  • Educate and coach hiring managers on talent pools, recruiting best practices, and adherence to hiring policies and company values.

  • Support international markets as assigned.

  • Visit local stores to build understanding of roles and team culture.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably with emphasis in Human Resources.

  • 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience (corporate and/or search firm), preferably in global luxury retail or high-end consumer products.

  • 5+ years using job boards (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).

  • 3+ years of Retail/Apparel/Fashion industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience using Workday recruiting functions strongly preferred.

  • Ability to manage high volume work with accuracy, urgency, and strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work autonomously and in a team.

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with ability to meet deadlines.

  • High discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and special projects.

Conditions

  • Full-time role.

  • 100% on-site at HQ.

  • May require occasional work outside normal schedule hours.

  • Supports Corporate Office, retail stores, and warehouses in North America; may support international markets as assigned.
