Junior Business Analyst (Entry Level)

DICEUS is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst (Entry Level) to join their team and build a career in software delivery and product development. This role offers hands-on experience with enterprise-level solutions in the insurance domain, collaborating with cross-functional teams while learning Agile practices and requirement analysis. You will work alongside experienced Business Analysts to understand how real digital products are designed and delivered.

• Learn and apply fundamentals of business analysis
• Collect, document, and analyze business and technical requirements
• Prepare documentation including user stories, specifications, and requirements
• Work with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello
• Participate in project meetings including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and demos
• Understand and apply SDLC in practice
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders

• Basic understanding of software development processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Interest in business analysis, IT consulting, and working with requirements
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow
• English level at least Intermediate for communication and documentation
