Summary

Otrofy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects across cross-functional teams in the mobile apps and services sector. The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, client engagement, and identifying new business opportunities while managing remote global teams.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate multiple projects across cross-functional teams and maintain control of tasks and releases
  • Plan project objectives, define tasks and timelines, and assign work to team members
  • Manage projects end-to-end from initiation to post-launch, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and budget compliance
  • Estimate and plan project delivery roadmaps with the team
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and provide regular updates
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients for repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within target markets
  • Understand client business goals and proactively suggest improvements or new solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Over 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector
  • Experience working in an outsourcing environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing remote, cross-functional global teams
  • Familiarity with tools: Jira, Trello, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Scrum and Agile
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, handle ambiguity, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications in Project Management
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Plus: Previous experience as QA Engineer/Developer, experience with US, Canada, and Europe clients
