Information Security Specialist

COMPARUS UA is seeking an Information Security Specialist to establish and develop their information security program from the ground up. This is a new role focused on implementing security policies, conducting audits, and ensuring ISO 27001 compliance within the organization.

• Implementing and enforcing security policies
• Monitoring security events and incidents
• Conducting risk assessments and security audits
• Managing cybersecurity tools and protection systems
• Delivering information security awareness training for employees
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards and requirements
• Creating, reviewing, and regularly updating ISO 27001 documentation in Confluence
• Collaborating with German colleagues on ISMS-related tasks including document preparation, reporting, and meeting participation

Required:

• 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator
• MacOS knowledge at administrator level
• Network Technologies expertise
• Basic knowledge of remote desktops and thin client principles
• Information security fundamentals
• Knowledge of ISO27001, ISO27002, and similar standards with audit experience
• Understanding of network components (firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs)
• English: Intermediate (B1-2) level minimum, fluent level welcome
