Jr Marketing Designer

Vise is an AI-powered asset management platform built for financial advisors to create, manage, and explain personalized portfolios. The Junior Marketing Designer will help evolve Vise’s brand identity and create compelling visual assets to support marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. This role partners closely with marketing and product teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

• Design marketing materials including social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, presentations, and ads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop on-brand creative for campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Create and iterate on designs in Figma, share work, and incorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop visual assets that communicate complex fintech concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Help manage and organize a library of reusable design templates and assets for team-wide use.

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing design, brand design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and shared libraries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, marketing collateral, and/or digital assets.
• Experience in or strong interest in fintech or financial services.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Location: Onsite in NYC (SoHo office).

• Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 per year plus competitive equity (actual compensation based on skills, qualifications, and experience).
