Vice President Operations

F.O.D. REAL ESTATE, LLC is hiring a Vice President of Operations for a full-time remote position. The role leads day-to-day operational performance and drives strategic execution to support business objectives and organizational growth.

• Oversee day-to-day operations management and ensure efficient performance across the organization
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business objectives and growth
• Manage projects, including planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives
• Optimize operational processes and improve organizational efficiency
• Own profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities and provide budgetary oversight
• Enhance customer service experiences and client satisfaction strategies
• Collaborate across departments and manage stakeholders to align execution with company goals

• Strong operations management skills, including process optimization
• Proven experience with P&L management and budgetary oversight
• Expertise in customer service management and improving client satisfaction
• Proficiency in strategic planning and executing business strategies
• Project management experience (planning, execution, delivery)
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
