Team Leader (Fullstack)

PIN-UP Global is an international company specializing in advanced technologies and B2B solutions with offices across Cyprus, Poland, Armenia, Peru, and Malta. We are seeking a Team Leader (Fullstack) to lead a team of professionals in developing scalable services and managing technical excellence.

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Set clear team objectives, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
• Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
• Track functional and non-functional product quality attributes and implement improvements
• Conduct technical interviews and actively participate in team growth and scaling
• Introduce technical and technological improvements, optimizations, and innovations
• Ensure quality and approval of architectural solutions and their alignment with system architecture
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable services using .NET technologies and Angular framework
• Implement solutions for technical debt within projects
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to coding standards
• Establish and refine development processes and standards
• Participate actively in Agile processes including sprint planning and estimations

• 6+ years of professional experience in fullstack software development with dotnet, Angular/React
• 1+ years of experience in a technical lead or team lead role
• Proficiency in dotnet, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and C#
• Knowledge of frontend technologies: Angular, React, Vue
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and ORM/ODM tools
• Experience with messaging systems (NATS, RabbitMQ) preferred
• Familiarity with monitoring best practices for high-loaded web applications
• Experience with unit and integration testing
• Strong understanding of security best practices and performance optimization
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Working experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns
