AI-Native Full Stack Engineer

OpenCourt is seeking an AI-Native Full Stack Engineer who is exceptionally comfortable leveraging AI tools in development work. This unique position requires a senior software engineer capable of quickly building prototypes and transforming them into production-ready products while maintaining critical judgment about AI-generated code.

• Develop full-stack applications using AI-assisted development workflows
• Dive into business problems and rapidly output prototypes within a day
• Transform prototypes into working products in short timeframes
• Solve complex problems by improving system architecture
• Debug and troubleshoot code effectively with LLM assistance
• Work across different technology stacks as needed

• Must be a senior software engineer
• High IQ with strong analytical skills
• Expert-level debugging and troubleshooting abilities
• Polyglot programmer comfortable in multiple stacks
• Proficiency in Java (backend) and TypeScript (frontend)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipeline trade-offs
• Knowledge of PAAS versus cloud-native architecture approaches
• Proficiency with Claude Code or strong willingness to learn
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code
• Very comfortable verbal English communication

Remote or flexible arrangement. Self-starter role requiring independence and fast execution. Must be open to structuring workflow around AI-assisted development.
