What you'll do
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide data-driven guidance, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, sourcing methods, and candidate selection.
Manage the full recruitment cycle to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Implement creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking events, and industry partnerships.
Explore and adopt new sourcing tools and techniques to engage active and passive candidates.
Represent MGM Resorts at hiring events, career fairs, and community initiatives to grow talent pipelines and brand presence.
Use data and technology to measure sourcing effectiveness and refine hiring approaches.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience.
Requirements
1+ years of recruitment/staffing experience involving candidate interviewing, evaluation, and placement.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail.
Experience in food and beverage operations within a hospitality environment (preferred).
