Payments Coach

Americor Funding Inc is seeking a Payments Coach to lead and develop their team. In this role, you will motivate team members, identify training opportunities, handle escalations, and ensure quality and guideline compliance.

• Encourage and motivate team members
• Identify training opportunities and assist leadership with team member and new hire training
• Handle escalation issues and review team's work for quality and guideline compliance
• Facilitate team meetings to update members on best practices and expectations
• Maintain professional relationships with internal departments
• Analyze team needs to develop tools and reports
• Help implement and enforce policies and procedures set forth by Management

• Debt settlement experience required
• Must be current Americor employee
• Detailed knowledge of creditor guidelines, processes, and payments
• Ability to review daily workflow and identify trends
• Strong work ethic, flexible, adaptable with positive attitude
• Clear and professional communication skills, verbal and written
• Good judgment with integrity and ability to adhere to guidelines
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge and computer literacy skills
• Quick and efficient typing skills
• Great attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent
