Middle UI/UX Designer (Web3 and crypto ecosystem)

DevBrother is a financial technology services provider specializing in cryptocurrency and Web3 solutions. They seek a Middle UI/UX Designer to create intuitive interfaces for their exchange, liquidity, and enterprise platforms. The role involves translating complex financial concepts into high-performance web applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for exchange, liquidity, and enterprise platforms
• Translate intricate financial and blockchain concepts into streamlined functional mockups and prototypes
• Work closely with product owners and developers to ensure designs are fully functional and enterprise-grade
• Optimize data-heavy, real-time interfaces for responsiveness and clarity across devices
• Participate actively in design reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning to maintain high standards
• Leverage AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency from asset generation to UX research and prototyping

Required:

• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally within fintech or complex web applications
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex data visualization and dashboards
• Understanding of responsive design principles across various browsers and devices
• Experience collaborating with developers using Git and Jira
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher (written and verbal)
