Trainee Node.js Developer

InoXoft is seeking a Trainee Node.js Developer to join their team working on a SaaS platform that provides advisory services for enterprise security decisions. This role focuses on developing clean code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving technical skills in a supportive environment.

• Follow project architecture, code style, best practices, and company processes
• Estimate tasks with support from the Team Lead
• Clarify requirements, write clean code, and test functionality before QA handoff
• Present completed tasks internally
• Keep technical and functional documentation up to date
• Collaborate closely with Team Lead, PM, BAs, QAs, and other developers
• Continuously improve technical knowledge and soft skills through exploration of new technologies
• Provide feedback to improve team processes

• Up to 6 months of practical experience or completed hands-on courses
• Basic experience with Node.js and understanding of NestJS
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, or similar)
• Understanding of REST APIs, SQL, Git, SDLC, and Agile principles
• Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS is a plus)
• English level: Intermediate or higher
• Strong self-organization, analytical thinking, teamwork, and continuous learning mindset
• Knowledge of Front-End technologies is a plus
